Hard Candy Top Ten Eye Shadow Palette Review & Swatches

At six bucks, this neutral palette is a great steal! I use it quite often and have enjoyed what it has to offer. But although I have had fun with this palette, it is not up there with the high quality pallets like Urban Decay’s Naked Palette. The shadows are all shimmery, almost a semi-metallic finish so, if you're looking for a matte palette, this is probably not going to fill your needs. the pigmentation is pretty good but they are a bit chalky but not too bad. Overall I think  it's a beautiful palette for a great affordable price and a good addition for any collection!                

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer Review

I am so excited to actually do my first real blog post.I must admit, I am a little nervous. But I hope you will follow me and supported me through this journey! So here I go. I picked up this product after reading multiple people rave about it. I have now tried it for about a month and have fallen in love! The two most unique things about this product is it's sponge tip applicator, and that it's a treatment concealer with Goji Berry + Haloxyl. It has 0.2 FL.oz. and my color is 10 Fair. It has a very thin consistency which makes it look very natural on the skin. For me I use it with a thicker concealer over it, because I have pretty bad under eye circles and want fuller coverage then it offers. It also works wonders for covering acne. Makeup and What it Means to Me

Makeup, to me, is not just putting different products on my face to make me look pretty, as it is for some. It's a kind of art that I get to do, not on paper, but on myself and others, to magnify what's already there. It changes our perspectives on who we are and who we have the potential to be. Feeling good about yourself  can change your whole outlook on life, I can tell the difference between how I feel and act when I wake up and decide I am going to really try and look nice today and the days where I chose comfort over looks. I am not saying that we don't need those kind of days. We do, but there is also power in feeling and knowing that we are beautiful. There is also power in not wearing makeup all the time and realizing that makeup is just a tool, it's not what makes you truly beautiful.
